This policy explains what information Bright Beginnings Early Learning Center, LLC (“Bright Beginnings,” “we,” “us”) collects through brightbeginningscarver.com, our Facebook and Instagram ads, and when you call or email us, and how we use it.

Website forms
When you fill out our Contact form or our Schedule a Tour form, we collect what you enter, which may include:
- Parent or guardian name, phone number and email address
- Your child’s name and date of birth, or a due date
- Programs you’re interested in
- Preferred days and times for a tour
- Any message or notes you add
Facebook and Instagram lead forms
If you request information or a tour through one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares with us the details you submit on that form, such as your name, phone number, email address and answers to our questions (for example, your child’s age or the program you’re interested in). Meta’s own use of your information is covered by Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Phone, email and in person
When you call, email or visit us, we keep the information you choose to give us so we can help you.
Basic technical information
Like most websites, our web server may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

- To follow up about enrollment, availability and our programs

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How We Share Information
We share information only as needed:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, our email provider and Meta (for ad lead forms). They handle information on our behalf.
- As required by law or to respond to valid legal requests.
- Licensing and regulators, including the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC), when required.
- To protect the safety of children, families, staff or our center.
Children’s Information
Our website and ads are meant for parents and guardians, not children. We only collect information about a child when a parent or guardian gives it to us, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Cookies and Similar Tools
Our website uses only basic cookies that WordPress needs to work, such as cookies used when someone logs in to manage the site. We do not currently use analytics tools or the Meta Pixel on our website.
Some pages include content from other companies, such as an embedded Google Map and Google Fonts. When those load, your browser connects to Google, which may collect information under its own privacy policy.
We may add tools like Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel in the future to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our ads. If we do, we will update this policy first.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep inquiry and tour information only as long as we need it to respond and follow up about enrollment, or as required by law or licensing rules. If your child enrolls, records are kept as Massachusetts EEC regulations require.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and follow Massachusetts data security requirements that apply to us. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information, such as Social Security or bank account numbers, through our website forms.
Your Choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it by law or licensing rules
- Stop contacting you about enrollment
